The speaker part on the phoned is greyed out, everything else on my phone works my phone will ring, speakers work, etc. theres nothing in my settings that will allow me to delete the updated version. WebIt affects all iPhone 7 and 7 plus models only. If you take it into the Apple store, and talk to the right person they may end up swapping the phone for you even though it’s out of warranty. Apple originally had recognized the issue in internal documents, but is not recognizing it publicly.
