Leeds-based band Deathtrippers have released their latest 2024 album, "Passion & Fire", in a limited edition offering of 250 copies on black vinyl. This record follows their 2024 debut EP "Unity of Light" and their 2024 High on Fire was founded in the late summer of 1998 by Sleep guitarist Matt Pike, drummer Des Kensel, and bassist George Rice. Rice, who had previously played in Dear Deceased, originally auditioned to be the band's vocalist. In 1999, High on Fire recorded a three-song EP, which was released on 12th Records.
