WebKlipper does not use vs code, that is a Marlin thing. With klipper you build the firmware on typically your octopi system and then put that bin file on the sd card, then you just edit the config file from them on, you don't have to rebuild. This config is for klipper, see the klipper docs for how to install it if you want to switch.
