WebApr 11, 2024 · No the attitude to why a player who doesnt do certain content but wants the gear is whats wrong with the game, strong gear should only be available to players doing certain content, you dont need the gear if you dont do the things that reward it, everyone can easily run around in max ilvl gear in WoW these days with very little effort. Gear from the Fated vendor can also be upgraded. You upgrade gear with specific Fated Shard. Heroic Fated Shards are dropped from Heroic bosses. Just hit rank 2 and none of my cypher gear upgraded in ilvl. It appears to be bugged. Also the tooltip says the bonuses are increasing but they actually aren’t.

The more points you put into cypher console by unlocking and upgrading traits with a currency called Cyphers of the First Ones, the higher you will level.
